This pair of modernist bedside tables was designed by Vichr & spol and manufactured by Kovona in former Czechoslovakia during the 1950s, with original labels still intact. The design reflects Bauhaus-influenced Central European modernism, combining clear geometry with functional elegance. Each table features a chromed metal frame with walnut veneer panels and an integrated top shelf. The chrome shows light age-related wear, particularly near the base, contributing to an authentic patina, while the wood elements have been carefully restored to excellent original condition. A refined and distinctive addition to both modern and eclectic interiors.
