Beautiful set of Art Deco bedside tables designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody. Produced in the 1930s, with the original model numbers still visible on the back.
These particular tables are in beautiful original condition. They were found remarkably well preserved, so we decided to retain the original finish. The set has been carefully cleaned and conditioned to help preserve it for the future. The walnut veneer displays a beautiful grain and rich texture.
The set shows some minor patina and signs of use, which add to its charm and reflect the history of the pieces. The original resin handles have also been preserved.

This is a truly beautiful and highly desirable model, and a wonderful reminder of how effortlessly Art Deco design can work in contemporary interiors. The flowing lines feel surprisingly modern and give the pieces a distinctive character. Combined with the warm, honey-toned finish of the walnut, they bring both warmth and understated luxury to an interior.
The doors are fitted with piano hinges, and each table contains one removable shelf.
